I made 3 or 4 different calls about it, and could get no one to return my calls. It turns out, I was not calling the right person, but you would think if customer service was that important to them, they would have found out who the right person was and put that person in contact with me. It didn't happen. I had to physically walk back into the dealership. All that being said, after I walked in Jason Farmer, took care of me, and made sure I got done what I needed to get done. If everyone at the dealership cared about customer service as much as Jason, they would have gotten a much better rating from me. THANKS, JASON! More

Excellent Was pleased with all aspects of service when I picked up my new 2020 Explorer. Thought the three hours it took from the time I arrived at 11:00 a.m. Was pleased with all aspects of service when I picked up my new 2020 Explorer. Thought the three hours it took from the time I arrived at 11:00 a.m. and until I left at 2:00 p.m. was way to long for picking up a new car. In 2008 when I picked up my new Explorer I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. I don't do Facebook (in reference to the final question on this survey). If I did Social Media I would recommend you. More

An Excellent Easy Process I made a quick call down to check if a vehicle was in stock, the brief phone call was quick and informative. And afterwards I went down to Courte I made a quick call down to check if a vehicle was in stock, the brief phone call was quick and informative. And afterwards I went down to Courtesy to check out the Mustang I was interested in. Very nicely they had pulled the car in to the front of the dealership so I was greeted with the vehicle I had inquired about earlier on the phone right away, making for a great impression right off the bat. I was met at the car by Brett Wilder, who got the test drive going right away, no waiting or hassle, a quick scan of my Drivers License and away we went. During the test drive Brett was very knowledgeable about the features of the Mustang, and was able to answer any and all of my inquiries on the various attributes and specs of the vehicle. He had a great demeanor and was very approachable with any question or comment I made about the vehicle. The buying process of financing and purchasing an extended warranty was also a breeze and I felt very comfortable the entire time, and well informed about any and all of the various options and additional coverage that was offered. Based on my car buying experience at Courtesy Ford I would not hesitate to go to them for another purchase in the future, and am extremely satisfied. More
