Best Service Department Brian Sterrett is my favorite Service Advisors - and has been for many years (at least 10)....I went in yesterday with a broken driver's side mirror, Brian Sterrett is my favorite Service Advisors - and has been for many years (at least 10)....I went in yesterday with a broken driver's side mirror, expecting to have to leave the car. Brian checked stock (they had one) and a technician was available to do the job (they get high praise as well). My friend and I stepped into the waiting room and within 20 minutes the car was ready to go. The price was reasonable and we were in and out within 30 minutes. That's the sort of thing Brian (and Edward Causey) do for their clients. More
