Closing a sale When I bought a used truck 3 mos. ago, there was a paint issue on the tailgate. Part of the sale was to touch up the paint. I made 3 or 4 different calls about it, and could get no one to return my calls. It turns out, I was not calling the right person, but you would think if customer service was that important to them, they would have found out who the right person was and put that person in contact with me. It didn't happen. I had to physically walk back into the dealership. All that being said, after I walked in Jason Farmer, took care of me, and made sure I got done what I needed to get done. If everyone at the dealership cared about customer service as much as Jason, they would have gotten a much better rating from me. THANKS, JASON! More
