Embarrassing I was very disappointed this time round for my oil service. Had an appointment at 10:00 am and arrived at 9:45. The truck was not pulled in until 11 I was very disappointed this time round for my oil service. Had an appointment at 10:00 am and arrived at 9:45. The truck was not pulled in until 11:15 after my wife went and asked about it. I do know of a couple of trucks that came in after me and left before my truck was even taken in. I have never had any problems with the service before this time, I am just glad that I did not mentioned the way the starter was acting or had my tires rotated. I might have had to get a loaner? I will still recommend them, but only because of my past experience with the service department. More

Excellent service Scheduled and appointment and arrived as scheduled. Within minutes I had checked in and they took my F150 to check on the winding noise. I was put into a loaner and was on back on my way home within minutes. I received a call about a couple of hours later to inform me of what found and that my F150 would be ready later in the day. At about 3:20pm I received a call that my F150 was ready, I immediately drove the loaner back and arrived at 4:50pm and the Rep was waiting for me, she explained what was done and the cost, I paid and was back on my way home by 5pm.
