We just bought a 2026 F150 Lariat from Mike Wills Ford in Sulphur, La. And we must say we have never felt like Family at a car dealership as we did this Monday. First our salesman Mr. Scottie Fontenot definitely took care of us to the extent of going to get the truck from a customer because the truck was a courtesy vehicle. Even to Hunter who helped us with financing a loan! If you want a dealership that treats you like Family this is it! The people there are so friendly and we love the deal we got on our truck. We are actively looking for a Lincoln Navigator. A 2023 to 2025 with less than 50k miles. Colors and options are negotiable. We drove 3 hours to see a Navigator that this dealership said they had. When we called to make sure it was still available, the sales xxxxxx we got literally said it's not here and said it would be there Monday and hung up on us. There were 3 or 4 of the Navigators they supposedly had that we would have purchased, but we specifically asked about the one we were most interested in first. 60,000 dollar purchase blown up because your sales people are xxxxxxxx.

I arrived to Bayou Ford to check on my vehicle in Service. I told service advisor how much I liked the Maverick they loaned me to drive and that it was originally what I wanted back in 2021. So I went to sales and connected with Deanna Mack. She took a bad situation and made it a great situation. So with the help of Deanna and Robert Tamplain's, I was able to drive away with a new 2026 Ruby Red Maverick. I can hardly wait to make a long overdue trip fishing! I'm also sure my Puppies will be also grateful for their help! They get to go riding again! Thank you, Deanna and Robert!

The motorcraft oil filter developed a pin hole in the housing and engine oil was getting everything on my new F150. I went to Robin Ford, they sent a mobile tech to my house to look at the F150. He saw the leaking oil filter, replaced it and had me bring the truck to Robin Ford. They changed the oil and cleaned the truck up (oil everywhere underneath). Great job and thanks

Have a Lincoln Navigator that has a recall on the front seatbelts. Drivers seatbelt attempted to crush me and has now locked into place rendering it unusable and unsafe to drive. While this is a known recall there are apparently no parts available for the repair. Robinson Brothers states they have no idea when the parts will become available. Lincoln has no solution and zero concerns about no being able to correct this issue. My issue with Robinson Brothers is they have not reached out to even express their regret on this issue. If you are not buying a car they really don’t seem to care about customer service. So update the service manager called me but only related to the above review. She told me my review was unfair to them! She stated that a solution was offered that I pay for a repair, a part that doesn’t go to my truck, and when the correct part comes in they will fix it. I asked why not put that in without me paying and you take it back once the correct part comes in she said that was not possible. Then she proceeded to tell me they would cancel the recall part order and I should find a new dealership. I believe she proved my point in that they really don’t care about customers. Instead of just accepting the fact this whole situation is regrettable for all involved. She decides to double down on showing how little they are concerned! WOW!!!! She proved my point!!

I previously left this dealership a 5-star review, but unfortunately I have to update it based on my recent experiences. What should have been a simple diagnostic turned into an extremely frustrating experience. Over multiple service visits, my truck ended up spending a combined total of about 2.5 months at the dealership with very little progress. Communication was poor throughout the process, and I constantly had to follow up for updates. The most frustrating part was that after I contacted the dealership myself, I was told my truck had actually been ready for about a week and that they had supposedly texted me. I never received any text message, so my truck ended up sitting there even longer unnecessarily. My Service Advisor, Chelcy, was consistently dismissive and unprofessional. Every interaction made me feel like I was inconveniencing her rather than being helped. Instead of taking ownership of issues, I felt like my concerns were constantly brushed aside. I also tried to resolve my concerns by speaking with Victoria, but unfortunately that wasn’t helpful either. Instead of receiving answers specific to my truck, I was given generic responses that didn’t address my questions or concerns, leaving me with very little confidence that my case was being properly handled. Unfortunately, after these experiences, I can no longer recommend this service department. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

went there this evening to look at and with a goal to purchase a used GMC truck. our sales lady was nice and easy to work with. we knew what we wanted to be at monthly note wise, we knew what the value of the used gmc truck (which they are selling it for way over the value as it is) was before going in, we also knew the value and other trade in offers we received for our current truck (2024 toyota tundra, platinum), we did the research. we got there and discovered the hood paint is peeling on the gmc so we will need to get the hood repainted. First, They offered us lower than the value of our trade in (and much lower than we had previously been offered elsewhere), which we accepted thinking maybe we could work on the total of the gmc considering it was used & the hood needing to be repainted. But they were not willing to work with us price wise for the used truck, they basically lost a sale over $125. if a dealership is that tight, that they can loose a sale over $125……that’s not a good aspect. (we can say we could have adjusted to simply pay the $125 difference but we knew going in what we are comfortable paying monthly & what we feel is considered fair for the used gmc). hindsight is that the dealership is a multimillion dollar company, with multiple dealerships. First off, it wasn’t a good deal in numbers in the first place, secondly, if a dealership can’t adjust by $125, that’s a concerning factor. Although, after reading reviews of the dealership on yelp after the fact, I’m not surprised and kinda glad we didn’t purchase from there (seems like nothing but a headache for any type of service). Do better, be a better business.

Went to Superior Ford Saturday with my wife to test drive the new Ranger. Decided after looking at the Ranger, to test drive the Explorer. Loved the room and ride! Decide to give Ford another shot at my business. We have been driving Toyota’s and Honda’s since our bad experience with our 89 Ford Aerostar van. It was junk. Had not bought a Ford car since. But Fords ratings have been great the last number of years so we bought the Explorer. LOVE IT! Jacob Ducote our salesman, was the easiest guy to work with, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving Superior a shot at your business. Even though Superior is primarily a truck dealer, it was a painless process obtaining our Explorer from a local dealer that had our SUV in stock. Just hoping our Explorer gives us 10+ years of trouble free service!

When I bought the car, one of the extras i liked was the active backup lines. this was a major sale point to me. When I re-synced the system the active lines went away. Both dealers said that this vin did not come with the active backup lines. and I could not get them without a $2000 dollar upgrade. How were thy there in the first place? Apparently the required hardware and electronics are there. What would it take to install the active backup lines, again. Keep in mind within 6 months some one is going to crack the system. Ford should be making the profit on the active backup lines upgrade. again the hardware is there and functions I used it for 3 days before I reset the system. I am in essence being told that I have lied about the situation. This does not bode well customer relationship. the Salesman Bill was great!

They promised me a deal all they saw was dollar signs. They said the service the car like change oil and filters. The oil looked like it was time to be changed and the air filter was brown. New one would not have had so much brown to it. Not only will I not purchase another vehicle with them I will recommend to anybody that they do not go there either.
