My formerly very reliable 2002 Ford Explorer, purchased new, with 130,000 original miles, quit running. I had it towed to Courtesy Ford and, after at least four trips to the facility and over $6,000 paid f new, with 130,000 original miles, quit running. I had it towed to Courtesy Ford and, after at least four trips to the facility and over $6,000 paid for repairs, my vehicle still will not start and run. I want the Explorer for tasks my new Honda SUV cannot do easily and have studded snow tires for it for winter use - if I could use it. This experience has entailed at least four tows to Courtesy, many days in the shop, much inconvenience and expense, and I'm right where I started. And I had to buy another car I was not ready to buy because I had to have a way to get around during this debacle. Ray Croon acted sympathetic, but would not guarantee no charges for diagnostics (I paid for on each previous attempt). All I want is my reliable Explorer for towing, winter travel, other purposes it is made and equipped to do. I will not have this despite all the money and effort I paid Courtesy Ford to have again. Went in for my 5000 mile oil change as I have for the past 5 years and was very disappointed in the service I received this time. Last time I was there they change out a front headlight that was out and past 5 years and was very disappointed in the service I received this time. Last time I was there they change out a front headlight that was out and when we got home it was pointing sideways which we did not realize till nighttime. We live about 40 minutes from the dealership and decided to wait till this time to let them know and fix. Unfortunately, after explaining to the service lady what happened, she said they would have to take the front bumper off and take it next door to fix and would take at least 2 hours. I am very disappointed with their response and should be free to fix. Will not be going back after many years of changing our oil there More
Was thrilled when I was offered courtesy valet delivery of my car to my home. I have only had my car serviced here and had never been given this wonderful option.
