Live by the name Courtesy My recent auto purchase experience was unusual; When I approached the dealer I was greeted by a friendly sales representative who seemed legitimately My recent auto purchase experience was unusual; When I approached the dealer I was greeted by a friendly sales representative who seemed legitimately interested in listening to what I was looking for, after I saw the vehicles I had in mind I was ready to go; Instead of doing the typical "sales move" of detaining and stalling me and giving me the deal of a life time.He Instead politely thanked me for stopping by and gave me his card and I was on my way. I knew then that this dealer was different. Upon my return the following day I had to talk to a different sales representative because the previous one was not there, again to my surprise I was treated professionally in a non aggressive manner, the remaining time of my experience was pleasant and stress free.
