can i get my car fixed very disappointed. when I first received my accent it had a scrape(someone hit something) on the bumper(passenger side). it also had a bubble on the very disappointed. when I first received my accent it had a scrape(someone hit something) on the bumper(passenger side). it also had a bubble on the tint in the rear driver side window. the detail job was horrible, buffing marks all over the hood. I was told to take the car home and someone will call me to have it fixed. I was promised a loaner car until it was fixed. the sales manager padro call me almost a week later when I wrote an email about the situation. he then said he was very sorry and a service person will get back to me asap. now a week later I'd call the service dept. to see what is going on. they never heard of me or my problem and they cant do anything until the sales manager padro gets back to me. so padro lied to me. now two weeks later I have a brand new damaged car and no one wants to help me. plus padro promised a $1500 discount and $2000rebate on the new vehicle. after checking my contract I only received only a $2,000 rebate. are all Hyundai dealership that dishonest and shady. I hope not. I have no choice but to call the news and file a complaint with the bbb. More
