We went to the lot we found exactly the car I wanted in my favorite color. We took a test drive . Then we came back in to the dealership to talk the financial and they kept their world and gave me the deal they promised on the phone. I have to say it was everything really smooth , cause I had been in two more dealerships and they were giving you a price online but they were changing it when you went there in person. The New Port Richey Hyundai dealership is the worst though, I spent a few hours looking for a car there in person. when I dedecide what I wanted to buy they were very aggressive and try to push the upgrades and they wouldn't honor the online prices either. New Port Richey Hyundai also when I went there in person they promised they would beat any other offer that I got, and again when I got there they said not only they couldn't beat it , but they encourage me to go buy that car from Courtesy Hyundai witch is what I did with no hesitation. More

Worst experience I was pushed to buy a car that I didn't even want. After telling my sales rep I wanted the 2012 Genesis, my demand was ignored, they didn't let me te I was pushed to buy a car that I didn't even want. Instead, I was put into a base model Sonata that has NONE of the features I wanted. I'm truly unsatisfied and won't buy from Hyundai again. This was my 3rd vehicle purchased here and can't believe I was treated this way. More
