Buyer Beware Sales person was okay. Finance department is horrible. Tony Jones is rude and unprofessional. I will NOT walk into this dealership again. Wish I could Sales person was okay. I waited 15 minutes before being approached by a sales associate, then spent almost 4 hours buying a car. I asked 3 times for my own keys back so I could just leave. Then I asked for a statement about the cost to repair my 2013 elantra. I have not received that yet. I feel that I was lied to about the damage on my car. Worst experience I have ever had Well yesterday I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealership. The sales associate ran a hard inquiry on my credit prior to me arr Well yesterday I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dealership. The sales associate ran a hard inquiry on my credit prior to me arriving to the dealership but lied about it and told me it was a soft inquiry when i ahowed him my credit info he was speechless and simply told me he did not know how that could happen. The sales associate that was working with me also made me wait a lot longer then I should have as he took his sweet time to give me any answers on what i was approved for etc...once i decided to do business. A manager saw my frustration and told the sales guy to speed it up. Not too mention I was basically lied too I was given the keys for two used cars to drive around because based on my information those where the cars I qualified for. After driving both cars and making my choice the sales guy turns around and basically tells me im sorry you are actually not approved for the car you chose. But we definitely approve you for the other car (shitier car of the two) let me get the paper work. Needless to say they need to get their business in order if you are reading this check your options at other dealerships before going here save yourselves the head ache. Maybe I am an isolated event but I am an unhappy isolated event and did not appreciate the way I was treated and lie too. Again please save yourselves the head ache this place is not worth your business. More

My wife and I were treated enthusiastically, fairly and friendly, which led to an afternoon of selecting a new 2017 Santa Fe.
