Sales Experience that was very informative & fulfilling. We did test drives and informal sales rituals that consisted of the normal and not so comfortable back & forth's with sales management that seeks to maximize profit for their employers while hoping to satisfy buyers. Momenul was always gracious and patient and was proficient in all that he knew, he neither rushed us or grew impatient a quality which I seek in my own Business employees. Who knows of a car sales guy that is actually that good for everyone he helps? Needless to say, I was skeptical. As it turned out, in actuality, he lived up to all the reviews. He was straightforward, did not make promises he couldn't keep, was extremely punctual in responding to emails, and ultimately got me to the numbers that I wanted without the drama and hassle of the other dealerships. This is the second 5.0 Genesis I have bought from Courtesy. As long as Momenul stays here, they are the first place I will go when it is time to buy my wife a new Santa FE. More

The agreed upon price was very fair. I did had to negotiate my trade in value, but I feel we reached a mutual deal. Momenul had my car ready to go when the financing was finished. He took the most time I've ever had from a salesman to explain all the bells and whistles of my new Sonata Hybrid. He even synced my phone and contact list for me. Professionalism at its finest. Mohammad is an extremely professional individual. I enjoyed doing business with him from the moment I got out of my old car at Courtesy Hyundai. He greeting me and had a handshake that showed me meant business. During my visit, not once did Mohammed try to persuade me into something I did not want. Everything that I requested I received and just the way that I wanted or needed it. During my test drive Mohammed allowed me to go a little further than normal to get the feel for the car that made me comfortable and relaxed. I am not trying to get anyone in trouble but I believe that is necessary sometimes. I have also received many phone calls after my purchase to make sure that all is well with the car and that I am not in need anything else.
