I traded in my 2012 Hyundai Veloster and decided to step it up (put on my big girl panties) and get the 2016 Hyundai Tucson Limited. I can not explain in words how amazing this car is! This dealership had so many cars to choose from and was always clean with fresh coffee waiting for me, I loved it! Matthew walked me through everything, every step of the way and was very patient with me when I started to freak out about buying a car without my husband there. The Tucson Limited is perfect for me, it has a moon roof that goes all the way back and is one of the safest cars on the road. The negotiating and deal making process was as expected, and the facilities were fantastic for the entire family. Do consider not signing a deal if it is after hours or on the weekend. There's always the possibility that Hyundai Financial was not open, and the dealership made an offer based on what they thought would get approved. It's no fun having to come back in and find out the terms have changed. In the end, Pat in finance helped me out tremendously and I got a great deal, but I was very close to returning the car. More
