They lied to my face. I purchased a new vehicle and added "The Protectant" to my service package. They told me they applied it, charged me for it, only for me to discover I purchased a new vehicle and added "The Protectant" to my service package. Sure enough, when I called to ask them about it, they said the gentleman in service "was not comfortable removing my car seat, so he did not"...but nobody told me this, they let me walk out and told me they applied it!
