Every time I come here for a simple service appointment, I end up waiting forever. I made an appointment for 12:20 to get my oil changed and was told it would be 2 hours. For an oil change?! What’s the point in making an appointment if my car isn’t even going to get serviced until 3 hours after my appointment time? More
