True car buying experience, with a true professional SO we are expecting baby number 2 the first of the year and the wife was driving an older model SUV that was starting to nickel and dime us but in the SO we are expecting baby number 2 the first of the year and the wife was driving an older model SUV that was starting to nickel and dime us but in the tune of hundreds extra a month. So we decided to try and find a newer fuel efficient hatchback that would be able to handle the two car seats but have all the bells and whistles that my wife wanted. We searched numerous programs on line and looked at the true car program to try and get the best price without the haggle. Submitted a request for information at 948 on a Sunday the dealership does not open until 11. By 1105 I had a call from Mo (Momenul Akhand) following up with cars that we could look at. Needless to say we were in the dealership that afternoon and Mo had our day mapped out. Mo focused on getting my wife the information that she wanted and showing her all the ins and outs of her new car. While explaining everything and how the True Car program worked he also entertained a 20 month child who was not that excited about a new car. Mo was a great fit for us not being the pressure overbearing sales man but giving us the customer service and information we needed. We truly feel that Mo is looking out for us and our growing family. A true professional and we will recommend Mo to our friends. More
