I had visited a Hyundai dealership in another Florida city and tried to close a deal on a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport; however, I did not feel the deal was good enough. I searched Internet sales and, since I was visiting Tampa between Christmas and New Years, I decided to visit Courtesy Hyundai. When I arrived at the dealership, I asked for Mr. Gasbarro. He immediately came to my wife and I and informed us he was busy with another customer but he turned us over to Mr. Mostafa. We were made to feel extremely welcome and were treated in a professional manner. We had specific options and color we wanted on our Santa Fe and Mr. Mostafa traveled the entire lot to find what we were looking for. It turned out that the exact vehicle we wanted had just been delivered the night before. Working closely with Mr. Mostafa and Mr. Thompson, we were able to close a deal. The very next day, the car was inspected, cleaned, and made ready for us to take delivery. During each step in the process, we were treated with respect by a professional staff who seemed to truly like their jobs. More
