Lied to! Just spent 2.5 Hrs. at Courtesy Hyundai to replace a break light switch. A switch the day before that I took out cleaned and put back in under 5 min. It was a recall I made an appointment for 8:30 am Got there and was asked if I was Susan Robinson I'm not I an clearly a man. I asked if they didn't have my appointment? Oh no it's right here Lie #1 she then asked if I was here for routine maintenance I said no as I told the guy on the phone there was recall on the break light switch he checked my V.I.N. # and told me that my mothers car was indeed in the recall so I set the appointment. She looked flustered took my key and asked if I had a ride coming to get me. I asked her why I had an appointment and the repair shouldn't take that long. She told me no the repair would take at least an hour. Lie #2, I said an hour? I pulled out the broken switch last night cleaned it with wd 40 and put it back in it took me under 5 min. she got fluster. and said well there are 2 people in front of you Lie# 3 I asked what time the service department opened she told me 8am I asked if they scheduled 2 people in front of me in an 1/2 an hour? More flustered well there must have been a problem with the scheduling. But you told me I was scheduled? You were but they had you down as S. Robinson. So between S. Robinson and Susan Robinson you thought I was Susan? I think there is Lie #4 in there but I'm loosing track. In the 2.5 hours I was there I watched no less than 3 people come in and leave with there cars. I will stop with the rant here but before I left I was blatantly Lied to no less then 4 more times. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Avoid this place at all cost!!! More

I had a most wonderful experience with this dealership. I had done preliminary pricing with them online, so a lot of the time and hassle of a normal "walk in" visit was eliminated. When it was time to discuss sales price and my trade-in value, I dealth directly with Sales Manager Dan Violette, and we did not need to go back and forth with numbers. He was true to his word from our previous emails, and they were very generous with the trade-in amount. He also matched the pre-approved loan interest rate I had from another bank which made the process go even faster. Their finance manager was also terrific. I highly recommend them. More

I had visited a Hyundai dealership in another Florida city and tried to close a deal on a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport; however, I did not feel the deal was good enough. He immediately came to my wife and I and informed us he was busy with another customer but he turned us over to Mr. Mostafa. We were made to feel extremely welcome and were treated in a professional manner. We had specific options and color we wanted on our Santa Fe and Mr. Mostafa traveled the entire lot to find what we were looking for. It turned out that the exact vehicle we wanted had just been delivered the night before. Working closely with Mr. Mostafa and Mr. Thompson, we were able to close a deal. The very next day, the car was inspected, cleaned, and made ready for us to take delivery.
