They ALL went beyond the call of duty to make sure I rec'ed what I wanted in the purchase of my 2013 Elantra GT Hatchback. Courtesy Hyundai was the 3rd Dealership I visited. They were the one WHO end up offering the overall best deal. Hyundai of Wesley Chapel was over price in the vehicle I wanted. Hyundai of Port Richey was alright, but they did not come close to the overall outstanding of Courtesy Hyundai presented. Even thou Hyundai of Port Richey are #1 dealership in Florida. I was honestly put Courtesy Hyundai up against them any day. I and Mr. Barry Rosenstein had been corresponding since being in the market for a new vehicle. His professionalism was great! He introduced me to the sales man (Mr. Germaine Grey) who end up assisting me w/the vehicle I wanted. I and Mr. Grey went on a test drive (a real test drive), not like WHAT Hyundai of Port Richey took me on. His knowledge of the vehicle during and afterward the walk thru was excellent. He even setup my Bluetooth w/iPHONE and Bluelink. He took that extra time to make sure I understand those features. Thank you, Germaine, for your professionalism, enthusiasm, and behavior becoming of a true salesman. Mr. Max Spada the finance manager was great! He explained in great details from the purchase price to extended warranties and other options of the vehicle. He went above and beyond to ensure that I got my car that I wanted. The Director of Finance was also great! My overall experience was outstanding. I have made lot of friends at Courtesy Hyundai and would gladly recommend to my family and friends. I will definitely enjoy my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT. COURTESY HYUNDAI GREAT JOB!!! More

The first person I met was George Piloto who was very friendly and courteous from the outset. I told him that I only wanted a test drive, he got the vehicle and off we went. George did an excellent job of describing the features of the 2013 Santa Fe Sport and the attributes of Hyundai. I also met Bill Whiteside who was also very friendly and easy going each time we met and when we spoke on the phone. After deciding on the Hyundai, George felt very confident that I would be pleased with the final price. I believe the sign of a good deal is when the buyer and seller are happy with the result. I feel as though I got the vehicle for an excellent price and Courtesy Hyundai made a profit, as they should. George has been great though out the process and outstanding after I agreed to the sale. He made sure the car was spotless when delivered and after the sale has already proven himself in taking care of the customer after the sale. I would highly George Pilto and Courtesy Hyundai. More

There were no surprises with the price or the car, with the exception of being asked if had served in the military. I replied that I had and was told that I qualified for a $500 discount. Nice surprise. I had visited another Hyundai dealer and they tried to sell me a demo car for more money and no mention of a military discount. I will return to Courtesy and tell my friends to visit. Steve Doran did an excellent job and was very thorough when introducing me to the 2013 Accent. I had visited other car dealerships and was undecided at first. I could have purchased another vehicle and c when introducing me to the 2013 Accent. I had visited other car dealerships and was undecided at first. I could have purchased another vehicle and came close to doing so, but after considering all my options, I was literally sold on the Accent because of Steve. I test drove the Accent with Steve and he was able to answer all of my questions, without hesitation. My mother referred me to this dealership because she purchased her Sonata from them a few years ago. She has been very pleased with her Sonata and has also referred friends who have made purchases. Thank you, Steve, for your professionalism, enthusiasm, and behavior becoming of a true salesman. Have a great year1 I will certainly enjoy my new accent! More
Bill got me the car i wanted at a great price! His knowledge about the car during the walk though was top notch. Also they tinted my windows early, no extra appointment needed. The problem with the dealership, however, is Francisco's manager, Dan Violette. This is someone who wouldn't know customer service if God came town and tapped the top of his head with the ultimate knowledge. I had a title issue with one of the two cars that I was trading in. It was a simple issue, mainly where I was a lienholder on the title and it would require an extra step to clear -- something I disclosed immediately to my dealer. We immediately went to work to try and clear the title, and to accommodate a busy schedule I had (which did not mesh well with the DMV, or the Christmas holidays). But as we were getting close to resolving the issue (just waiting for the holidays to end), Dan Violette called me, and was terribly nasty. He demanded that I take off work to take care of the title, or bring the car back. Mr. Violette as willing to unravel a deal that was worth more than $40,000 because of a simple title issue that I had been working in good faith to resolve that tied up just about $5,000 of it. I had followed every instruction that I had been given by the dealership and I thought we were well on our way to getting it resolved. I didn't hear from Mr. Violette again after that, despite my attempts to make arrangements about returning the car. Finally, I called Hyundai corporate (the Genesis dedicated line) and a representative there didn't quite believe I would have had such a hard time with the dealership, and decided to call Mr. Violette to get the real story. Well, she learned what the real story was. She called me back a short time later, and was obviously upset. She told me that Mr. Violette was extremely rude to her, and was cutting her off, and was trying to claim that my title issue was like writing a bad check for $5,000 (which was not the case at all). She told me she was going to be filing her own complaint with her supervisor about Mr. Violette, for the way he treated her, and the obvious way he's treating customers. But unfortunately, there is not much Hyundai corporate can do. I finally got to someone who was supposed to deal with customer issues, and we have a revised way now of clearing up the simple title issue which I am in the process now of dealing with. Through our conversation, however, I have asked more than once on what the dealership was going to do to help make me a happy customer again, especially one who purchased from their Genesis line. I mean, a little service work would be a nice gesture, or even a written apology from Mr. Violette. But she keeps ignoring that aspect of my questions. But yet she still wants me to service my vehicle with Courtesy. Yeah, right. More
