This is the first time I have ever written a review regarding an used car experience and after my story you will know why. I had the honor of meeting the most sincere and honest salesman for once in my regarding an used car experience and after my story you will know why. I had the honor of meeting the most sincere and honest salesman for once in my life. My situation is like most Americans dealing with the slow down of the economy and the impact it has done to all of us. I was laid off from NASA Glenn Lewis 3 years ago and lost my income which to this day is still a battle to get back on my feet. I had to turn in my 2001 Nissan Altima due to losing 80% of my income after I was let go. After that my credit continue to fall down like the titanic on its maiden voyage. I brought another car in Cleveland from a dealer who sold me a car that barely made it past the warranty period. Not only was this car a complete death trap I got placed with a finance company which called me every other week to make sure I was going to make my payments. Not only did this company call me, but when I had to move states to find another job and updated my information on their website they started to hound my relatives as if I had skipped out on them! Never in my life was I ever treated so poorly from any company in my life. Then one week after being here in Florida for a few months I was driving to work and the junker decided it was time for the rest of the bottom of the car to rust out and brake line go out. No warning on the car whatsoever to prepare me but I guess I should have expected it since the electrical system went one year prior to it. Four hundred dollars later my mechanic tells me he could no longer take money from me due to he refused to have me drive the car which was dieing a very quick death! The next episode that followed has restore my faith that are still good people left in this world. I decided to call Courtesy Nissan and see what they had to offer to get me back to a safe car which would help me be able to go to work and college again. From the first time Lee Denzik (Internet Sales Manager) called me I heard something in his voice that said he was shooting from the truth and could be trusted. Not only did this man live up to his word of taking care of the customer I felt as though I was talking to my big brother who passed away 6 years prior. Lee Denzik not only made me feel taken care of he restored my faith in trusting people to stand by their word. It was like my brother had led me to this man and said it was going to be okay. I thank God I listened because not only did I get treated like gold but I got to see that there were others like my brother who was my best friend also still existed in this world. Lee Denzik placed me a car that was not only safe but within my means to feel human again. I am now driving a 2006 Suburu Impreza that I look at every morning and cry that I have this thanks to him. Lee Denzik I thank God for leading me to you. All I can say to the rest of the people looking for a great guy and honest one you would be a fool not to trust anyone else but this man. My husband and I live 25 mi outside of Tampa. So in shopping for our vehicles in person and on the internet we decided to go back to the autogroup that sold us our very first car,Courtesy. We knew what we wanted and they didn't have it so they looked into seeing what they could do. When they told is they found one we were excited and I asked "where is it located, we are willing to travel to go see it first". I was told by the internet salesperson that "she wasn't sure but it could be located in a dealer pool (?) and I wouldn't have access to it anyway." Sounded fishy but it was what we wanted for the agreed upon price. So...after we left a 500 check deposit to have them "retrieve" the vehicle we waited. That day I was notified by another Hyundai dealer that I had inquired with about the same vehicle. Well guess what that dealer less than 45 min away was the one giving them the vehicle. The next day hubby and I went to go to see the vehicles at the other lot and they had what we wanted, we bought it with some extras in the price for less than the markedup (3000 more we saw the dealer invoice) other vehicle and were happy. Well the kicker comes when we go to pick up the deposit check from Courtesy, because we told them we weren't interested any longer. Some "gentleman" at the sales desk who we never saw before began yelling and calling my husband and I liars and got visibly upset that we purchased from another dealer. I would have recommended them based on our first deal but I guess they didn't need the good reputation. More

I was impressed particularly with our salesman Dennis Norton. I used the internet to deal with several dealerships and Dennis was a no-nonsense kind of guy who got to the right price in a hurry. After a few phone calls, a manager of Dennis called me with their offer and the deal was done. We met Dennis at the dealership to do the paperwork and Dennis was very nice to deal with, treated my dad with respect, and efficiently process the transaction. The Finance guy was great also. One snafu was that while in the dealership, the paperwork that was presented to me was about $400 higher than the price quoted over the phone and I was quick to balk and Dennis was quick to fix. Supposedly it was due to different managers involved - but I wonder. Anyway, they quickly fixed the "error" and we were on our way. One last thing, Dennis followed through on all of his commitments after the fact like sending floor mats etc. Thanks Dennis More
