While on vacation in St Petersburg, I took my Sonata tothat was not under warranty repair Locked trunk and cigarette lighters ( 2 out of 3 not working). I had to sign authorization to diagnose the trunk tothat was not under warranty repair Locked trunk and cigarette lighters ( 2 out of 3 not working). I had to sign authorization to diagnose the trunk and cigarette lighter believing that cigarette lighter may need a major diagnostic. They replaced my Handle for $388 + diagnostic fee, of $177.57 the latch trunk assembly was covered by the warranty. As for the cigarette lighter they replaced a blown fuse for $87.48 + diagnostic fee of $177.57. I reported to the service advisor Scott Hope the excessif charges for the blown fuse ($265.05) and mentioned to him that Hyundai trouble shooting Manuel suggests that the fuses should by verified for continuity first before proceeding to any other diagnostic. I also left messaged to the service manager, but so far did not received any call back. My total bill including taxes was $847.69 for 1-2 hour work I don't recommend this dealership for repair, especially to transit travelers More

The process was straight-forward and very much non-pushy, walked away very happy with the process and Lucas our salesman. We made our maintenance appointment on line for a hybrid belt replacement. After driving one hour to get there I was informed they did not have the part. I question why no one called us to inform us?!? belt replacement. After driving one hour to get there I was informed they did not have the part. I question why no one called us to inform us?!? However, they were able to get it from another dealership but I ended up in the waiting room six hours. Still, it beat having to drive back again! More
