This is the worst dealership that I have visited. They say that replace a fog light that did not work after I left the dealer. The question is if they replaced the fog light or not. Made an apt 7:40AM for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Not sure if there’s a point in making an appointment if it takes over 3 hours each time. Also got the invoice recommendations at the end for over $1200. For the items that said immediate attention or failed.. took it to get a second opinion and said I do not need any of those. Should feel like you can trust the car dealership, however, I do not. However, the guy who helped me was helpful throughout the process. More

I've been taking my 2016 Hyundai Genesis to Courtesy for years. I call in and they say they cannot service my vehicle anymore. Finally I bring it for a trade in. During the purchase I was told by my salesma years. I call in and they say they cannot service my vehicle anymore. Finally I bring it for a trade in. During the purchase I was told by my salesman that I was getting a CPO vehicle. Then I'm told it was a mistake and have to pay half the CPO price. I still ended up purchasing the vehicle and adding the extended warranty. Jose the mamager ended up accidentally overcharging me for Caltex resistall which the car already comes with. He apologized and removed it but yet I still see a $424 charge(better than $1424). Good thing I noticed. I also made sure to ask Jose if my warranty works at Courtesy. He said yes. That's the main reason I purchased the extended warranty. I called in to reconfirm last week and they said they do not cover any warranty. So he pretty much lied to my face. The salesman is now working at Dodge and nobody has called me back. I'll be taking my Vehicle to New Port Richey or Clearwater instead and filing a complaint to Genesis Corp. More
