I will NEVER buy nor recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Courtesy Hyundai of Tampa. When I purchased a used car from them (cash) they applied a temporary plate with an expiration date. My plate never arrived before the expiration date! I was instead sent an email containing the registration which I was told by both Mo and Raz to show to the police if I got stopped! Totally unacceptable. When I spoke to Raz he appeared to want to brush me off the phone and had an attitude. My salesman Al was no help either. This is no way to treat a customer! I have bought several cars in my lifetime and I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service. I guess since the dealership doesnt make any money when you pay cash for a car this is how you get treated!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!! More
