Chris the salesman at Courtesy Hyundai was very professional from the first phone call forward. He worked with me on that phone call right through driving to the dealership and test driving the ca professional from the first phone call forward. He and his manager did all the necessary work to make me feel like this WAS the place to purchase a vehicle. I was correct. Great experience through the whole process and I might add very simple!!! I would recommend this salesman and this dealership to everyone that wants a simple process and an honest process more importantly. More

They practice misleading messaging. I called to verify that I could leave my car early to take advantage of 2 pm discounts on oil change but was told after the service that I could not I called to verify that I could leave my car early to take advantage of 2 pm discounts on oil change but was told after the service that I could not receive the discount because I brought the car in that morning. This is despite the fact that I asked specifically if bringing car in early would not affect the discount when I made the appointment. More

Terrible, your finance department are liars. The lenders have not fund the vehicle because they want more proof of residence which I already provided but the dealer won't let me return the vehic The lenders have not fund the vehicle because they want more proof of residence which I already provided but the dealer won't let me return the vehicle and get my truck back. They told me they sold the truck at auction which if they did was illegal because they have not paid off my loan. They just consistently lie about everything and it's like it's part of their culture, at least the ones I dealt with. Mina is the worst but it starts at the top because when your employee lies to your customer and you condone it you are just as guilty as your employee. I am hoping they can make it right so I can rewrite this review. Brenden, there is no transparency, integrity, nor honesty at your dealership from my experience. When someone lies to you and goes behind your back and calls the lender to provide your personal information that you did not authorize that is fraudulent and deceptive. You called me and I explained what happened but you said since the deal was funded there was nothing you can do but before the deal was funded I asked to return the car and I spoke with the lender and they said if you call them to cancel the contract that they will be happy to. They have our conversations recorded with dates and times. Brenden, you can make it right by calling them and telling them the truth on what your employee did. Please cancel my contract. Here is a picture of my truck on their lot they are now selling for $31,900 and Mina told me that they sold at auction. More
