Arrived at 11:50 for a noon appointment to receive a waranteed oil change and tire rotation, explaining I didn't want the tire rotation. I was told it would be 2 1/2 hours. Didn't finish until 3:30 afte waranteed oil change and tire rotation, explaining I didn't want the tire rotation. I was told it would be 2 1/2 hours. Didn't finish until 3:30 after I started questioning at 2:45. I was given a gas fill up to make up for it. I then discovered that they did the tire rotation that I didn't want because it had just been performed the week before. I raised my rating to a 3 because of the gas. More

I went in because of a check engine light came on I waited for 3hours they told me it would be a couple hours more then they said the car won’t be ready til the next day I missed work and my agent was waited for 3hours they told me it would be a couple hours more then they said the car won’t be ready til the next day I missed work and my agent was off so I had to Uber up to wait 2 more hours More
