I will never buy another Genesis, Hyundai, or Kia product after my experience. They had my 2016 Genesis coupe (55k miles) for over 7 months (4/14/23 to 11/18/23). They had it for 6 months and told me it was after my experience. They had my 2016 Genesis coupe (55k miles) for over 7 months (4/14/23 to 11/18/23). They had it for 6 months and told me it was ready but the issue remained. I take it back and just got it back ... now there is a piece hanging from the bottom of my car making a terrible rattling noise and the a horrible scraping noise when I go over a bump... but it sounds like jingle bells all the time.... SEVEN MONTHS LATER. The advisor was very nice and put up with my attitude but the attitude is for a valid reason. I would love to understand what happened THIS time but I give up. I'm selling it... but I'll drive a Pinto before I buy another Genesis product. I wouldn't buy anything from these people (you have been warned 🙂) More
