I refuse to come back to the dealership I been down there four times. The last time the guy covering for Derek told me I was approve with a lender for a $1,000 down he just needed the money and a bill with me and co signer to verify our addresses. I asked him how and when this happened because Derek inform me they couldn’t use my friend he said I needed someone . I call the dealership the next morning Derek gets on the phone and say do you have a co-signer for me I told him no and I informed him what happened when I brought the key back home. Derek also informed no I can’t receive a refund on the repair had done on the car. You all let me drive the car 3 weeks before you all informed me co-signer. It’s pointless to come to the dealership

Jose, we did speak, you offered me an apology and oil change for 6+ weeks of little to no communication from your team. You, yourself admitted you were busy and apologized you hadn't stepped in sooner. With hope your team will get support for you and especially Robert Leach who is also apologetic with his "desk being a mess with all the business" and definitely too busy as for nearly a month he was on the same step of "following up with accounting" for an answer for me.
