Courtesy Hyundai became EXTREMELY unprofessional once I left their dealership. There were further documents that needed signed from the co-borrower on my vehicle and I was told when I came in that they cou left their dealership. Well that was not the case, two days later and I was basically being harassed by the salesman Mina that the paperwork HAD to be signed before end of the month and mailing was not an option. None of this was disclosed to me when I was there and I confirmed MULTIPLE times that this would not be an issue. I was basically then told I was a liar by Mina and that how I was acting was suspicious. Not only did Mina say the paperwork could be overnighted without a notary or anything so did the finance guy Derrick. After multiple texts of harassing and threatening by telling me to bring the car back, I inconvenienced my co-borrower and they had to meet Mina in order for me to “keep” my car. I am absolutely disgusted my how I was treated after leaving and how it all was handled. Not to mention I never once complained to the fact that I was never offered to test drive the vehicle while there, my Bluetooth was never set up or offered to be set up, my blue link never was set up or offered and I had to reach out after I left to get my blue link account set up. The vehicle still had MULTIPLE stickers and plastic wrap left on vehicle that I had to remove because I’m assuming the PDI was rushed. I’m never one to write a review because I believe all peoples and businesses make mistakes and I believe it’s how your right your wrongs that make an impact, however this company did not. I was told one thing and they did another! They were quick to make a deal and push me out the door only to lie and be extremely unprofessional once I left. While I’m sure they won’t mind having to deal with me again, I WILL NEVER purchase another car from this dealership nor will I recommend them to anyone. More
Extremely unprofessional dealership. We found the used car we wanted. Another salesperson HID the keys so no one could drive it. The tire was also flat. After hours of messing around, we had to leave at 4:30. Called back at open the next morning and we’re told the car had sold—overnight—while the tire was being fixed. Tried to get a straight answer from Thor, the online sales manager. He promised to inquire and call us back 3 times but never did. He finally transferred us to the manager’s voicemail. The manager did not call back, either. What a waste of two days. Our guess is that a salesperson wanted the car and put every roadblock possible in our way. This place is the antithesis of service. Shady and untruthful. Worst dealership experience ever. Going thru Carvana now. More

"I will not recommend anybody do business with this dealership and here's why: My wife and I went in to purchase a 2020 genesis on Sunday. We were going to trade in our used Toyota Corolla as part o dealership and here's why: My wife and I went in to purchase a 2020 genesis on Sunday. We were going to trade in our used Toyota Corolla as part of the deal. The dealer received the car to be purchased and when we went to pick it up for delivery, there were very visible stains on the driver seat. We left it another night for them to fix. The next night, we went back and although they fixed the stain, there were now issues with the tint and there was also a scuff mark from another vehicle on the bumper. On a brand new car, there shouldn't be these kinds of issues. At this point, we decided to cancel the sale and asked for the keys to our Corolla. The dealership REFUSED and gave us the excuse that the keys were locked up and could not be retrieved that day. We were advised to come back the next day and talk to the General Sales Manager. Of course, we made it clear that while we will come back to pick up our car, the deal was off and we expected to get our old vehicle back. We came back on Thursday and were told the GSM was not there. We were advised that the Genesis was fixed and issue-free. But seeing as how there were such significant issues from the beginning, we reiterated that we are cancelling the deal and that we expected to get our old vehicle back. The dealership told us the vehicle was sold at an auction. We told them we clearly cancelled the deal within the allotted period (3 business days) and that we expected them to give us our old vehicle or pay us accordingly. We told them we'll be back by the end of the week. At this point, we stopped trusting what the dealership was telling us. So today, we went to the dealership unannounced and looked around their lot. To our surprise, our Corolla was in the back parking lot. We went in to talk to the General Sales Manager, who happened to be there this time. While we were talking to the GSM, they delivered the Genesis without telling us, and the GSM advised us we own the Genesis at this point and there is nothing we can do about it. This is the worst example of bait and switch we can think of. We are now left considering legal action to get our old vehicle back. Even now, all the dealership has to do is give us our old vehicle back and take back the vehicle they delivered to our house without asking us. We are incredibly upset at the way they misled us from the beginning. We fully intend to file a complaint with the BBB about this. Take it from us: PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. Your experience may differ, but there are too many trustworthy dealerships who wouldn't use or put up with this kind of deception." More

Have paid sales tax and vehicle property tax to them and still no progress. Purchasing experience great, follow up terrible. Beware!!!! More
