After agreeing on all numbers including my trade in to lease a Palisade SEL with a premium package that is worth $2500 as well as a comfort package. I was given a car that does NOT have the premium package that is worth $2500 less for the same price!!!! They pretended that it is the same car we agreed upon but just a different color but it is NOT. Thankfully I noticed that before they get me into signing the deal and to cheat me for over $2500 package. Horrible experience. No integrity. Cheaters. They don’t even honor their words or deals. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. More

Finance team at this dealership is substandard Spent over five hours at Courtesy Hyundai attempting to purchase a Palisade. After three hours, I asked for the keys to our trade in back and could not get them until I walked into the finance office and demanded them back, At that point, we were told we had acceptable financing for $1000 less down and $200/month less than we had been told in the previous hour. We had questions about our sales agreement the day after purchase since there was an extended service agreement in the contract that we had not agreed to. Trying to get a straight answer from Julian Morales took three visits to the dealership. Two weeks after our purchase Julian Morales called us to say the bank required a copy of our bank statement, even though we had already supplied income verification documentation. Never had a car dealership ask for additional financial information two weeks after purchase. This dealership is out of control. Our salesman Carlos Rosa was very helpful and professional but those involved in financing are terrible. Do yourself a favor and buy from a different dealer. More

We started at other dealerships and were met with rude salespeople who’s eyes were just filled with dollar signs. They were unhelpful, not friendly and just trying ro make a quick buck off of us. We decided to try Courtesy Hyundai Tampa and we were so glad we did. Frank helped us get the best car for our needs. He was very professions and not aggressive like most car dealership sales people are. Frank listened to what we wanted and our budget and got us the best car. He did not pressure us into getting the car or make us feel like it was our only option. He gave us helpful advice and overall i would recommend him and anyone looking for a car to go there. Once we got the car he helped us with some of the features so we knew how to use them. We are really glad we want there.
