It started well, they seemed like they wanted to earn my business. We agreed to terms, they made it sound like the deal was done and they were going to pull a car from another dealer that same day. Took my down payment, then the excuses came. First, they said the other dealer was closed and they couldn't get the car. Then I called them out because the other dealer was still open, I was told it would be too late. They asked me to come in Monday after work, all I would have to do is come in for 30 minutes to sign all the paper work and take delivery. Showed up Monday at 4:30pm, the car wasn't there and they wanted more money down. Had the car been there, I would've put down the extra money. Then I asked for my cash back several times, since enough of my time was wasted. Was finally told at 7pm that they could not refund cash back and would not cut a refund check right away. They would mail me a check. Quick to take my cash, not quick to refund it. Lesson learned, taking my business somewhere else. Emailed the GM Jose Fernandez and he didn't bother to respond. More
Prompt and Professional Service Department Brought my 2011 Sonata in for Oil Change, tire rotation, and wiper blades. Also had 3 recall campaigns that needed addressing. Warren Stephens wrote up my ticket and throughly explained the work that was going to be done. I left my car there and would pick up next day. Warren explained he would be out the next day but Ebrahim Beydoun would take care of completing process when I picked up the car. All the work and recall campaigns were completed, car was vacuumed and washed, ready for pick up. Warren and Ebrahim certainly make a visit to the service department enjoyable and stress free. More

The service center does not communicate well. I am from out of town, told service writer that I needed the car repaired by 10:00 am Friday. The repairs indicated were two new front tires and an al I am from out of town, told service writer that I needed the car repaired by 10:00 am Friday. The repairs indicated were two new front tires and an alignment and to replace the differential (under warranty). I would have expected the dealer to request the part be overnighted so that the repairs would be complete by Friday June 28th. I called the dealer on Thursday as I did not hear from them on Wednesday. They stated that the part had just arrived but that it would take until 12:00 noon on Friday to finish the car. I called again on Friday at 8:00 am, the dealer stated that the car might be done by 1:00 pm. I told the dealer I would be there at 10:00. When I arrived at 10:00 the new tires has not been put on the car and of course the alignment wasn't done. It was not a good experience. More

He even made sure my vehicle was returned to me in clean condition with a car wash and vacuum. My husband and I are warmly greeted and well-taken care of during each visit to Courtesy Hyundai (CH), whether it is for a test drive, getting an oil change, or signing a contract. The building is bright, clean, easily accessible, and customer friendly. They’ve allowed us to use a loaner vehicle and always deliver what they promise. We love our new Tucson!!! Being first-time lease customers, we had a lot to learn. While initially there was a misunderstanding with what our total monthly payment would be, the entire situation was remedied promptly, humbly, and graciously. Many CH team members had a part in making our overall experience at CH a wonderful one—even those behind the scenes come out to greet us in person. My husband and I feel the following individuals deserve much credit and recognition for going above and beyond to build with us a relationship while earning our business and trust: Austin Porter, Timothy Fitzgerald, Jared White, Tim Barbeau, Angelo Panico, and Ariel Barrientos. We even got to meet the general manager, Jose Fernandez! I’m not sure if all of their customers are treated like royalty, but CH feels like family and we are extremely happy with our purchase. More

Charged For Service Not Performed Took my Elantra in for an oil change, and midway I asked if they could also do a brake fluid flush/change. I specifically asked if "flush" meant that Took my Elantra in for an oil change, and midway I asked if they could also do a brake fluid flush/change. I specifically asked if "flush" meant that all of the old brake fluid would be flushed from the lines, and they said "absolutely". Minutes later they said my car was ready. Now I know for fact that flushing brake lines of old fluid takes a while to do, so there is just no possible way their mechanic could have dismounted all four tires, disconnected each brake line, flushed out the fluid from all the lines, fill the system with new fluid, etc. all within a matter of 10 minutes. The next day I took my car to another dealership and asked them to show me the fluid in the brake lines. Sure enough, even though the fluid in the reservoir looked shiny and new, the fluid in the brake lines was never flushed! Took my car back to Courtesy Hyundai and all they did was simply refund the service that was not performed. That's it. If you were a service manager at a dealership and a customer caught one of your techs committing fraud (especially on something as critical as brakes) wouldn't you do everything possible to make it up to the customer? To this day the CarFax History for my Elantra shows Courtesy Hyundai having done a "brake fluid flush/change" even though I have paperwork proving otherwise. Tried to get CarFax to correct this but apparently automobile dealers are higher on the totem pole than car owners. More

I do not recommend purchasing a used car through this dealer! The sale itself and initial purchase went well and Austin in sales was initially very helpful. However, their follow up to address an issue with the car when purchased has been very poor and they have tried to avoid fully addressing the issue. The car had two small cracks in the front window that we agreed in the purchase would be addressed. They first attempted to make a repair to the cracks; I drove my wife and three kids the 45 minutes to the dealership and their glass guy did not show up. So, I had to reschedule during the week to get the repair made. The repair lasted about a week before a significant crack developed from the repair that extended about 9 inches through my field of vision. It took over three weeks for them to get the window replaced and they are now refusing to cover the cost related to recalibrating the front view camera and rain sensor that is not working. Their follow through on issues with the car has been slow and everything has been a battle to get things properly addressed, making the overall experience poor, as it has taken significant time and effort on my part to get things corrected. More

They will never over sell you a car and then a month later tell you you can’t afford it bring it back like another local dealership has done.I can’t say enough good things about this dealership even down to the great coffee they have in the service waiting area the whole dealership is top shelf I promise you you will not be disappointed .
