Went in with my wife to see him. Didn’t even bother to welcome us, for 20 minutes we were told he was busy.. while talking to the receptionist lady finally a new intern had the decency to come up and ask if we are being helped..later the new guy offered to help, explained to him what was the deal offered by his liar coworker...sat down and filled up paperwork as usual, he said we are not gonna run your credit but the manager just needs to verify your social info and of course they did run my credit without my permission...if you wanna run it you just have to say so not trying to hide it..the new guy comes with the first pencil which was nowhere close to the deal offered by Mike the Liar which the whole time he was sitting one table further..of course it wasn’t gonna work..on our way out here comes the famous Mike the Liar, presenting himself as a manager who was simply trying to hide himself behind the manager’s name..he didn’t even have the decency to present who he really is because he took the short cut and again because he’s an ordinary liar..2 min later after we left, boom there’s a voice mail on my phone liars talking crap between them abt the situation and the irony is they forgot that it was being recorded as an voicemail..hah..5 minutes later their coworker Brittany calles and leaves a voicemail saying that come back you are approved now..hah..Bottom line this place Courtesy Hyundai Tampa is run by INFANTS, which they still haven’t learned what CUSTOMER SERVICE is, what PEOPLE’S MANNERS are and they definitely have NO RESPECT for their own freaking customers..LAME!! More
Excellent, body repair and service. I purchased a 2016 Santa Fe Tuson in August 2017. I live about 2 hours from Courtesy Hyundai. The left rear brake light sensor would show the light wa I purchased a 2016 Santa Fe Tuson in August 2017. I live about 2 hours from Courtesy Hyundai. The left rear brake light sensor would show the light was out then when I started the car later in the day it would be OK. This would happen several times a week. I had my mechanic check and change the bulb and again several days later the problem still occurred. When I purchased the vehicle there was a small ding on the rear drivers side door. Being I lived so far away it took me several months before I was going to be in the area to make an appointment. I spoke with Patrick Meagher who assured me his team would take care of all my needs. Patrick is a man of his word. I have never had such complete and EXCELLENT service from any dealership. I know where I will be purchasing my next vehicle. Thank you Courtesy Hyundai. More

He called the internet manager, Jorge and set an appointment. We went down to the dealership and were referred to salesman David Lapp. We went for a test ride. Then my son negotiated the deal. Jorge and David did a great job in making the deal work. David showed me the main features of the car. I am a senior citizen so some of the technological features escape me. David has been wonderful in continuing to help explain the features of the car. Kudos to Jorge, David, and my son. My son may buy a car from David, and I will certainly buy my future cars from David. More
Bait and Switch Completely wasted our time and evening. We had discussed a specific car with a specific trade in for a specific price and when we went in, test drove the vehicle, and were ready to sign, they told us they couldn't get anywhere near the price we were talking about earlier and that it would be somewhere around $70 more per month. When I explained to the manager that I didn't appreciate them wasting our time he didn't see how he had wasted it. We were completely up front about what we had to trade in, what we wanted, and what we were willing to pay... Of course Hyundai Tampa had to live up to the stereotype of shady car salesman. More
