Very poor Service I had my car in service a couple of weeks ago for an oil change, and some warranty work. He seems to be so busy that he's even unable to change his voicemail "it says, something about him not being at work on the 28th of last month". Really Jed? I'm trying to find out where my warrantied antenna is and when it will be fixed? More

You should be able to give us information to look over either while we are waiting at the desk with the salesman and/or letting us take information home and get back to you the next day or something.
