He is always finding ways to maintain a 10 star or an outstanding Dealership, weather it’s the promotions he has, or the friendly smile and hand shake he gives you, his office door is always open to you. You will also see him going around with boxes of doughnuts in the morning. After leaving Courtesy Hyundai and the surveys start coming you cant help but check the outstanding box, not that I like surveys but after buying a car at Courtesy Hyundai you look forward to getting surveys to show your appreciation, the old saying “ YOU’RE A NAME NOT A NUMBER” is what Courtesy Hyundai is about. I also would like to comment on the three employees Ron Wordon assigned to me Sales Manager Pedro Arismendi, Xchange Consultant Charles Corcoran and Finance Director Denny Hodges, very professional so you can see Ron Wordon knows how to put a team together. Dealing with Charles Corcoran was an exciting and pleasurable experience. He took the bull by the horns found the car with the options I wanted Immediately, of coarse I haggled with Pedro Arismendi he gave the price and told me to get back with him no pressure at all , I called back that evening to Ron Wordon and said I would take the deal do you need a credit card, he said I take you for your word that no card is needed and we will get the car ready for you. WOW that shows respect for the customer. Upon arriving at Courtesy Hyundai to pick up the car I was greeted by Ron Wordon and Charles Corcoran with friendly smiles and handshakes. Charles Corcoran took over, he knew the car was for my wife so he put her in the spotlight and took exceptional time to explain every detail to her, witch was impressive because every extra was on the 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited.
