Don't say Bye, say Buy! I have been dealing with Hyundai for several years now. I am completely satisfied with their service and the professionalism of their staff. Any time I needed any type of service (oil change, check engine etc.) I was always told to bring it in at my convenience, or the service people would give me a time that was conducive to my work schedule if they thought it was something that needed immediate attention. My personal salesperson is Stan. Most salespeople bug you at the door, and bug you to buy but Stan never treated me like I was just another customer. This is my third purchase with Stan as my salesperson. My dad says he's a good guy, and very trustworthy and I love my dad so that's good enough for me. Overall: very satisfied! More

Bad sales tactics, likes to play games with customers I went to Courtesy Hyundai to test drive two cars - an Accent and an Elantra. During the test drive process, I found the salesman to be friendly and helpful. Once we went inside to talk numbers, the entire process broke down. Mainly this lies in their sales tactics. Virtually every question that I asked was met by a response from the salesman that he needed to talk to his manager. Given that the manager was the one making all the decisions, and also given the fact that it was not busy at all (I believe I was the only customer present), I didn't understand why the manager didn't come and speak to me himself. They finally presented me with a somewhat vague sheet of numbers (which they would not let me take with me), and when I had some questions about the accuracy of them, I was given vague answers. Finally when Mario went back to his manager again, I followed him and decided to talk to the manger myself. The manager who was present was uninterested in coming out to talk to me and it quickly descended into an argument which resulted in me leaving. It is safe to say that while I did like the car, I would not shop at this dealership again. More
