This dealership has given prompt service and supplied me with a lyft ride to and from my home. They did not repair everything they said they would. I would not purchase a vehicle from any of the Courtesy c with a lyft ride to and from my home. They did not repair everything they said they would. My wife brought our Kia Sorento in for a oil change about 3 weeks ago when she arrived in Mesa. I flew in Friday and Saturday morning noticed the splash shield was hanging down. When I looked at it I noticed 3 weeks ago when she arrived in Mesa. I flew in Friday and Saturday morning noticed the splash shield was hanging down. When I looked at it I noticed it was missing 4 of the screws that hold it on. I had her call the service department and after the guy gave her a hard time he said to bring it down and they would put the screws in. When we brought it in I let them know it was missing 4 screws that I noticed. The guy ( I believe his name was Johnny) was very rude. But he said to wait in the waiting room, and he would have it fixed. We went to the waiting room. After sitting there a while my wife looked out and said she thought she seen our car in the lot. We sat there about another 15 minutes and went out to look. It was sitting there and looked like the piece was not hanging down anymore. My wife went in to get the keys and was ignored while the service guy was laughing ang talking to another employee. After standing at his desk for a while she finally interrupted him and asked for the keys. Without saying a word he grabbed the keys and rudely handed them to her and we left. When I got home I looked under the car and it was still missing 3 of the screws. I called back and talked to Johney and he said I could bring it back. I asked to talk to the service Manager and he said he was the service manager. We want this fixed and when we purchase our new Sorento in a couple months we will try a different dealer. Thanks More
