EDIT: The GM contacted us, apologized, and tried to make the situation right as best they could. Appreciate the effort. This is the most miserable experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. From the get go, they "could not locate the keys" to the vehicle we were looking for. They proceeded to provide an almost identical option, but would not take out the $40 first aid kit from the vehicle price despite it not being present on the vehicle we intended to purchase. We utilized Kia Easy Buy, and the dealership "had never heard of it" and declined to honor the price. We were in a hurry to buy the vehicle, but after three hours, financing had not even been started. I returned the next day, and three hours later, all of which was waiting for and executing the finance appt., I had traded in my car for a new Kia! Awesome. We were given the incorrect plate number, the vehicle assigned the wrong VIN to the sale, and an employee literally went to my home, drove by, and took pictures of the car with my wife and toddler in the garage. Absolutely unequivocally disgusting and inappropriate. We got the temp license plate fixed, then I received multiple emails and phone calls stating I had to redo paperwork due to the VIN being incorrect, which of course, is also completely unacceptable. Now my payment account with Kia Finance is completely inaccessible, despite being assured this massive error would have no impact on financing, Motor Vehicle Division logistics, or my experience. I currently have no way to pay my loan. I contacted the dealership to get guidance on next steps and inform them of the predatory and harassing behaviour that has made my wife feel unsafe in her own home, and all I got was "got it. We will contact you back". This was nearly a month ago. Whatever you do, please do not buy from this dealership. More
