I was sent back home with an unfinished job, which caused other issues I had to deal with. Went to get my radio fixed , car squeezing , and to clean the oil on my car the dealership got on it . Manager questioned me asking if the car came with apple play , it says it on there it has apple play as the oil on my car the dealership got on it . The buying process itself was smooth and straightforward, but what really impressed me was how the dealership responded when an unexpected issue came up shortly after purchase. The coolant reservoir developed a pressure crack, one of those rare, unpredictable things that can happen on any used car. As soon as I reached out, Jason immediately stepped in, made sure my car was taken care of, and even helped get the repair expedited. The service department had the issue diagnosed and fixed quickly, and everything was fully covered under their 30-day protection without any hassle or pushback. No excuses, no runaround, just honest service and real support. I’m genuinely grateful for how transparent, responsive, and helpful they were. It’s easy to sell a car, but it’s how a dealership treats you after the sale that really shows their character, and these guys proved they stand behind their customers.
