Hello, I am the service manager here and wanted to let you know that we ordered the main door switch on 4/28 to resolve the concern and we are waiting for that part to arrive at the dealership so we can call you to come in for installation of that part at no charge to you because you just bought the vehicle.I do not know who here at the dealership told you that you would be paying but that is not the case. i just ask if you could remove this survey for us. thank you William Brown
