We had our Dodge truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Pretty simple, right? WRONG!!! Their "ACE" mechanic didn't tighten the lugnuts on one wheel. Of course, driving it home the wheel fell off. It bounced across traffic and hit a van, sending both passengers to the hospital. Not one time did we hear from any management person. We called numerous times trying to talk to someone about repairs to our truck. Since we didn't hear from anyone at Courtesy we hired an attorney because they would NEVER return our calls. They had a secretary call us one time, but that is not who we wanted to speak to! $1,000 later and 4 months later, we finally had our truck back. Our attorney informed us they refused to pay for our attorney fees and we will have to take them to court to get any money returned. We don't have that kind of money, so we are totally screwed!!! If only someone from management would have contacted us, that would have made a difference. They obviously didn't care enough about us as a customer. I am assuming they took care of the other people's hospital bills since we haven't heard anything from those people. Oh, and my husband received a ticket for the wheel coming. Something about improper equipment...Absolutely a nightmare dealing with this dealership!!!
