I left a bad review about this dealership about my horrible experience only for them to contact me and add insult to injury! I was a pre approved customer that was told that the availability of a vehi horrible experience only for them to contact me and add insult to injury! I was a pre approved customer that was told that the availability of a vehicle priced at about 15k was available and ready. The salesman said he'd work on some numbers and contact me afterwards, and never got back with me. After my bad review I was contacted via text by Jerry the next day. He apologized for the inconvenience and went on to tell me that the vehicle I saw online was not actually 15k but it was actually close to 21k. I sent him screenshots of the vehicle and price from cargurus and he said the price was incorrect on cargurus and that the site was a 3rd party site that didn't properly update the prices. Jerry should've looked at their own website before making this false statement. I went to the clay Cooley nissan site and screenshot the same vehicle for the same price and all he could do was say I was right and apologize and that someone would contact me. And just like the other two days that no one responded to me, the same exact thing happened today!! I didn't ask to be contacted so I could go through same exact thing that I went through 2 days in a row. I am a customer who was only looking for a vehicle for his son, and now for no reason of my own, I experienced the worst experience in MY ENTIRE LIFE as far as car buying is concerned. They were dishonest, money driven, and extremely unprofessional!! Oh yeah, I asked to speak with a General Manager or a the dealer principal manager several times and/or contact information for these managers several times, and I was never given that information nor did Jerry connect with either of those managers!! Just HORRIBLE!! More

I will never buy a car there again your after sale customer service is pitiful. Besides that I had a locked in price on a car online when I got there, they did not honor it. The car I did wind up by was advertised as having remote start, it did not have remote start. There was a warranty attack on that I did not know about. I believe I was told it was included, but then when we got to sign in papers, there was a $2400 charge for it. Also, there was a $1500 charge because it was a certified preowned car shouldn’t that be included in the price and the pressure I felt to buy the car was unbelievable. I should’ve went back to huffines I was treated very well there with the last two vehicles I bought I will be buying my wife a new car soon and that’s where we will go. More
