We take all customer concerns seriously and always strive to provide professional and respectful service. In this situation, our team made multiple attempts to assist and resolve the concerns presented. However, during the interaction, threats were made toward members of our staff, which is something we do not tolerate under any circumstances. Despite this, we remained professional and attempted to work toward a resolution. We strongly disagree with the claims made regarding our business practices and remain committed to transparency and customer service.

This is a lie there was never any threat the only threat came from their director of service who threatened to hold my car hostage and charge me daily storage fee if I didn’t pay what they wanted me to pay which was three times the advertised price. I only came there for a service diagnostic which was advertised on their website for $119 and this was confirmed by their service agent Shauna before any work was done but because I chose not to repair my car there they tried to force me to accept a charge of $650 which was three times the advertised price just to tell me what could be wrong with my car. I should be able to take my where I know it’s economical for me not for them. The service agents at this location even laughed at me referring to all the services agents when I tried to reason with them. This left me so distraught and very disrespected to a point it was so embarrassing to stand there in front of other customers. This is a warning to anyone thinking about purchasing a car or planning to do business with this location to avoid this dealership at all cost. Management allows their employees to use these kinds of practices to force you to accept there business tactics. We can go back and forth about this but truth remains just look at their negative reviews. They are trying to hide the real truth behind there business practices. I’m a believer in God and they will be exposed. Just look at the negative reviews on other websites before you go there. Everything that looks good is not good. This dealership lies and uses negative business practices to get your business. I write this review which is not about the money it’s the principle the embarrassment they’ve cause me. We don’t need to do business with these kind of individuals who are only looking to take advantage of their customers in a time of need. I’m a real customer not one of those fake one you try to use to boost your reputation. As far as a resolution they lied again when they said they attempted to contact multiple time. No resolution they think this is just t going to go away but promise you I will expose you until they shut you down. This is the worst dealership I’ve ever experienced. Good luck keeping customers. You want me to come back so y’all can probably try to screw me out of more money no that’s not gonna happen. I’m finished dealing with you people. I will never deal with you again. I’m actually thinking about bringing the car back and just leaving it with you and taking the hit on my credit. I had an almost 800 credit score when I came in there and you guys did not honor the locked in deal because you said my credit wasn’t good enough how good does your credit have to be to honor the locked in deal that I locked in online? I am so disgusted with you people that I paid $3200 for oil changes and maintenance on my car but I will not be bringing it up there. I would just go to my regular place where I get my oil changed. I can get it done for half price, but I’m still gonna have to pay you people for the warranty just y’all screwed me on.

I have waited three or four days for Brandon to call me back when I actually bought the car. He never called me back after I went up there and talked to one of the finance people about the warranty. I had some questions to ask him about the warranty I requested three times even left a voicemail for him to call me back. He never called me back. I still do not know what my warranty consist of. It seems to me that after I signed the papers to buy the car I was just forgotten about. No one has called me back Brandon or Marcel has not called me back even though I requested multiple times for them too.
