Tyler, We are genuinely disappointed by your review because it does not reflect the experience and support we provided before, during, and after your purchase. From the beginning, our team went above and beyond to accommodate your situation. When you did not have transportation to the dealership, we arranged and paid for an Uber so you could complete your purchase. After the sale, when transportation again became an issue, we personally delivered your vehicle all the way to Glendale, provided a full tank of fuel, and had the vehicle fully detailed before delivery. These were accommodations made solely to help you and ensure a positive ownership experience. Regarding the condition of the vehicle, it was thoroughly inspected by a Master Certified Technician prior to being offered for sale. We provided documentation supporting that inspection, and the vehicle passed our standards. The brake repairs you later chose to purchase were recommended by a third-party brake shop and were not identified as needed during our inspection. While we understand how frustrating unexpected vehicle expenses can be, it is unfair to characterize our dealership as dishonest simply because another business provided a different opinion after the sale. While we may not have agreed with the conclusions of the third-party repair facility, we did take the time to explain our findings and address your concerns. What is most disappointing is that despite the extensive accommodations we provided—including arranging transportation, delivering the vehicle to your home, filling the fuel tank, detailing the vehicle, and providing full transparency regarding our inspection—you chose to describe our team as dishonest. Anyone who reviews our history will see that honesty, customer service, and going above and beyond for our customers are values we take seriously every day. We stand behind the inspection performed by our Master Technician and the documentation provided to you. While we respect your right to seek a 2nd opinion, we cannot support or validate the findings of a third-party brake shop that sold you a brake job which was not identified as necessary during our inspection process. We strongly disagree with the assertion that our dealership was dishonest, and we remain confident in both the condition of the vehicle at the time of sale and the exceptional level of service our team provided throughout your experience.
