The team at Courtesy Nissan was very helpful and worked with us to provide the range and needs of a new vehicle for our family. Although we weren't fully ready to purchase a vehicle, they did give us the b with us to provide the range and needs of a new vehicle for our family. Although we weren't fully ready to purchase a vehicle, they did give us the best options and routes if we did want to move forward. We decided we were ready and I have been buying vehicles with them for the last 8 years and they never disappoint to meet my needs. Don and Henry were wonderful and understanding and made the process smooth. The kids were able to enjoy the toy cars and materials they had for children while I focused on all the boring paperwork. Recommend this dealership when you have a vision and goal. More

If you’re looking to buy a used car here, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. They attempt to pull out all the bells and whistles to make you feel like they care about you but in all rea strongly recommend going somewhere else. They attempt to pull out all the bells and whistles to make you feel like they care about you but in all reality, the car they sold me had a bunch of issues with band aids put on it. I had to take my car to the shop less than a month after purchasing to fix multiple issues. The problem too was that the sales manager Luis blamed me for the errors instead of taking accountability or trying to help. Very disappointed in this place and would not purchase from here again. Very dishonest. More
Chris (in sales) took the time to go over our options, and clarified to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We've purchased several vehicles and this was the best sales experience we've had! and clarified to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Courtesy Nissan of Mesa engages in unethical marketing practices. They post ads for unavailable cars, priced incredibly low, on sites like CarGurus to lure customers in - a classic bait-and-switch tactic. practices. They post ads for unavailable cars, priced incredibly low, on sites like CarGurus to lure customers in - a classic bait-and-switch tactic. On 7/2/26, I responded to their ad on Cargurus.com for a 2014 Nissan Juke for $4,599. I clicked the button to let them know I was interested in that vehicle. At 8am on 7/3/26, a sales associate named "Cooper" texted me to confirm that he'd received my request through CarGurus, and he sent me the "file," or "packet," for the black 2014 Nissan Juke. He asked when I wanted to take a look at the car, and I said I'd be in around 9:30am. He replied & said he looked forward to meeting with me. I texted at 9:15am to say I was running late & would be there closer to 10:15. He thanked me for updating him. At 9:17, I got a text from "Cooper's" manager, Benjamin. He confirmed the date and time of the appointment w/ "Cooper," (10:15), and sent the address. I responded at 10:20, saying I'd be there at 10:45. He texted back, "Thanks for the update, see you soon." I arrived at 10:45 and, after asking for "Cooper," I was told he was "with another customer." They went and got an associate named Dom instead. I no longer believe "Cooper" is a real person, but rather, a code name they use to flag appointments stemming from the CarGurus bait-and-switch scam. I told Dom that "Cooper" was showing me the $4,599 black 2014 Juke. Immediately, he told me they "just sold it, but we have a 2015 Juke that's nicer!" I said he must be mistaken, because "Cooper" invited me to see it not long ago, and knew I was on my way to see that very car. Dom said he'd go check and bring the car up to the front, if it was there. Dom returned & said, "I pulled it up for you!" Thinking the "it" was the black 2014 Juke, I walked outside. Dom pointed to a yellow, newer Juke and said, "Here it is!" Confused, I said, "No, the one I came to see was black." He said, "We don't have that one anymore, but we have this one!" I asked to speak with the manager. Dom went to get Benjamin, who asked what he could do for me (as if Dom hadn't already told him what the issue was). I said I drove 25 minutes to get there to see a specific car, and "Cooper" knew which car I was coming to see. Benjamin claimed it recently sold. I said it wasn't as though they'd sold 100 cars that morning, so it was impossible to keep track. I said they'd probably sold 3 cars max, so if the car I was meeting with "Cooper" about had somehow been sold, it wasn't unreasonable to expect someone to inform me. He stared at me w/ nothing to say for himself. I said I noticed they were very eager to show me other cars once I arrived, and treated the fact that I'd specifically come for the $4,599 Juke as an afterthought. I said it was obvious that they just used that ad to lure customers in, only to try and sell them a more expensive car - after claiming the Juke "just sold a little while ago!" The car had not just been sold - it was bait. It was obvious they were playing games. I told Benjamin & Dom their dirty tactics showed a lack of integrity & I'd never buy a car from them. Without an apology or explanation from Benjamin, I walked out & left him dumbfounded that a woman just read him for filth. Do not do business with these creeps! Also, none of the supposed employees, "Dom," "Cooper," or "Benjamin," that I spoke to are listed as employees of this dealership on dealerrater.com or cars.com. That's even more sus! More

Fair deal for a vehicle I wanted. Low pressure sales experience. Dom was a great salesperson, he listened to my needs and connected me to the right vehicle. Low pressure sales experience. Dom was a great salesperson, he listened to my needs and connected me to the right vehicle. More
