Anyone should be sure you have a copy of this form and make sure the dealership has a copy before you walk out, or you will end up with a case of amnesia by everyone. Ours has taken over 6 months to rectify the items promised and many many hours spent chasing people down at our initiative. We do love our vehicle, though. I am very grateful we bought it and for the help we received in the selection process. Mike Nieves was a pleasure to work with. He listened to everything we needed and worked diligently to find the right vehicle for us. He made the process smooth and was knowledgeable and professional. This is the WORST place EVER If i could leave a negative rating I would. Going to get a vehicle serviced as a woman is hard enough to make sure you don't get taken advantage of, b If i could leave a negative rating I would. Is "HE" here??? No, i was ALONE. Besides the fact that that happened, my check engine light came on and I asked them to look into that. They told me it would be $130 to which i said xxxx no and according to them, with out the $130 charge, they let me know exactly what they thought was wrong. Beyond the actual visit, after that every single day since, including on SUNDAY at 7:00 pm at night i have received a telemarketing call to 1. review them on a scale of 1-10, which i had already done via the email that was sent to me 2. wanted to scheduled the recommendations. I informed them every time they called, there were 10 calls so far and I went in last Monday, to STOP calling me. Period. I will NEVER EVER go back here again EVER. More
