Emergency Past Courtesy Nissan business hours: My Parking sensors and Auto Hold buttons were on. My 2023 Kicks would not drive forward or reverse. I placed my cell phone in the console which jammed a Parking sensors and Auto Hold buttons were on. My 2023 Kicks would not drive forward or reverse. I placed my cell phone in the console which jammed and upon removing it, I had inadvertently turned on the parking sensor and auto hold buttons. I called Courtesy Nissan and got a message, but no 24 hour technical help option. I was about to call AAA to tow my Kicks to the dealership for AM repairs. But then I remembered Terry Phillips (who sold me my SUV) once said I could call him if I had any questions or problem concerning my Kicks. I realized I would be disturbing him at home or possibly his sleep, but this was a horrible emergency. I was stuck at an ATM drive through between two poles and could not open my doors to get out. Of course, Mr. Phillips did not answer his phone as it was past bedtime hours, so I left a detailed message. He called back right away to help me. He explained the proper procedures to release the parking sensor and auto hold buttons. It worked after several attempts once I took a few deep breaths and calmed down from my state of panic. He is my HERO and I was able to drive home. Terry Phillips is the best Trade Up Xchange Director Courtesy Nissan has to date. To anyone wanting to trade in their vehicle, see Terry Phillips. Service department is a mess. Too many unnecessary issues amongst most the staff. Even Service Manager is unfriendly and difficult to get answers from. Jose is a great service advisor. he listened to my concerns and found the issue and got it handled in a timely manner and kept in touch with me the whole entire time..even told me I he listened to my concerns and found the issue and got it handled in a timely manner and kept in touch with me the whole entire time..even told me I had free oil changes that I didn't even know I had.did not try and upset me anything that truck didn't need!!! Was a pleasure to deal with and will use courtesy again! Kudos to jose!! More
