I never had the sense I was playing the typical dealership "game". I was contacted by Ken directly and not a receptionist setting up appointments. (When I bought my daughter's car 3 months prior at a different location, they never did more but smile as they waved goodbye to us as we drove away....) My first complimentary service is already scheduled and he introduced me to my service adviser. He chose the person that best fit my personality.
