Scheduling was easy, the service provided was excellent. It was my first service since buying my vehicle. I made an appointment for an oil change and thought that with an appointment it would be a quick tur It was my first service since buying my vehicle. Took my car in for a routine service and was met with complete indifference. The service rep barely acknowledged me, didn’t explain what work would be done, and ignored my questions. I waited hours past the estimated time with no updates. When I finally asked for a status, the rep seemed annoyed and dismissive. My car was returned without the promised inspection, and no explanation was given. Totally unprofessional and frustrating. I won’t be returning. More
