I presented a $1 coupon for Texas State vehicle inspection to my SA Joe. He told me I would have to make another purchase at the regular price to use the coupon. I showed him that there's no restri inspection to my SA Joe. He told me I would have to make another purchase at the regular price to use the coupon. I showed him that there's no restrictions spelled out in the email coupon and I had called a Courtesy agent on the phone prior to arriving to the dealership to confirm that there were no such restrictions. I then asked to talk to his manager. That's when he was reluctant to let me see the manager and raise his voice with me that the manager would give me the same answer. He continued to raise his voice whe I insisted on seeing the manager since there was no such restrictions on the coupon! Joe was very rude. I hope Courtesy is not using this bailt and switch marketing to scam on its customers! I am an upset customer! More
