I had a 2:00 appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Normally this process takes between 60-90 minutes to complete. For some reason it took nearly two hours on this visit. I was promptly greeted upon arriving at Courtesy Nissan. However, I waited about 20 minutes before someone came over who could actually help me get the process started.
