Easy transaction and perfect delivery! I scheduled a test drive and was promptly called back by Mike Davis to firm up a time that worked. I also received a call from Brock that evening to say hello and to ensure us that they would be all set in the morning. The following morning when we arrived Mike was waiting with the car discussed when and showed us all of our options until we found the perfect vehicle that fit. Mike went above and beyond and was kind enough to personally deliver the car to our home way out in N Scottsdale that night since my wife and I had some logistical challenges. The delivery was thorough and at our home which could not have been better. I would highly recommend this dealership and Mike especially. I will also say that I am blown away by all of the safety technology in this car...very pleased!!! More

Went in just to look I was sort of on the market for a car and happened to be in the neighborhood when I saw Courtesy Volvo. I decided to stop by and check out the used ca I was sort of on the market for a car and happened to be in the neighborhood when I saw Courtesy Volvo. I decided to stop by and check out the used cars. This was at 7am, so, pretty much had the place to myself, except for the guys I saw in service and the guys prepping cars on the lot. I saw a car I liked, so I sent an email asking for a contact just to answer some basic questions. I knew I would get a response, but It was pretty early. I got about 10 minutes down the road and my email notification pinged. Ha! It was Ed Himes, Courtesy Volvo. Not only did he let me that I could see him within the hour, he sent me several other car selections that might fit what I was looking for. In brief, I went back, met Ed, and in a total “no pressure” environment, purchased a car, which my wife and I both love. I would be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge Jason Moroso too. Went through the finance with him and the experience was just as easy, fast, and painless as with Ed. And I would be doing a disservice if I didn’t acknowledge the fact that every person I met, from the receptionist to the service technicians were both friendly and welcoming.
