A pleasant buying experience I contacted Courtesy Volvo by phone. I live about 60 miles away from there dealership. I was interested in a new Volvo to replace my 2017 Mercedes B I contacted Courtesy Volvo by phone. I live about 60 miles away from there dealership. I was interested in a new Volvo to replace my 2017 Mercedes Benz E300. There is a dealer closer to me but previous experience with that dealership was enough to keep me far, far away. I was able to gain alot of information on that phone call, most dealers will not give you much info, all they want is to get you into there dealership to preassure you to buy, Courtesy Volvo was a welcome and refreshing change from the norm. We were so pleased with our first phone contact that we drove over to see them the next day. The dealership is beautiful, well staffed and a large inventory to chose from. We were warmly greeted by David Blankinship, he took time to understand just what we were intersted in and made some very good suggestions for us to consider. David explained in great detail all of the features and benefits of the S90, it was clear to my wife and I that the S90 was the car for us. Now the deadly purchasing process was about to begin, not something I or my wife enjoy as we have purchased a lot of cars over the years and am framialure with the tricks and tactics dealers use. This time it was different, David took my keys for my car to have it appraised for a trade in price. We continued to be treated with respect as David explained all the options available for purchasing a car from Courtesy, the price offered for our car was fair not an insult like you get from most dealers. awe agreed on a car and a fair price, shook hands and the deal was done. The most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. The final step was to get with the finance Mgr. Jeremy Ransom and make the arangements to pay dor the car, Jeremy was very pleasant and respectfull and in no time we were on our way with our new S90. Looking forward to purchasing another Volvo from Courtesy in a couple of years. Give Courtesy a chance and I am sure you will be as satisified as we were. More

5 Star Service Every Time My husband and I were incredibly lucky to have Courtesy Volvo open their doors right around the time we had narrowed down our search for the perfect f My husband and I were incredibly lucky to have Courtesy Volvo open their doors right around the time we had narrowed down our search for the perfect family vehicle - the Volvo XC90. The entire transaction with Ed Himes and Jeremy Sarnataro was an easy, no pressure experience. We were introduced to the service manager Armand Slason and our service advisor Jud White who were both incredibly knowledgable and had several years in the industry. Bucky Bethancourt in parts helped me order the Volvo booster seat that fit my daughters weight and it arrived the very next day! Jud has been available to answer questions I have had from time to time with my vehicle. When I ended up with a cracked windshield within the first few months of ownership, Jud and Armand arranged a windshield replacement for me and even set me up with a courtesy vehicle because my windshield had to be ordered and it was a weekend (cracks spread quickly in the AZ heat and as a realtor I practically live in my vehicle!). They took care of everything and were great about communication throughout. Before I knew it, it was time for my first oil change (10,000mi for Volvo's). I brought my vehicle in, received the warm welcome the service department always has and they had me in and out in no time at all! Fast forward to yesterday... I was driving on the freeway when a truck lost a bucket of paint, which splattered the entire side of my car. My first thought was "I have to call Jud to see what I should do!" He said to bring it in and they would take a look. Next thing I knew, my car was back to sparkling new and Ed had even filled my gas tank up! I cannot thank the Courtesy Volvo service department enough for all that they do (and maybe for saving me from a panic attack yesterday). From sales to service, you are not just a commission check at this dealership. They truly care about forging relationships and keeping people Volvo owners for life! I won't ever purchase a vehicle anywhere else and wouldn't think twice about bringing my vehicle elsewhere for service! I could not be anymore happy with my experience or my vehicle choice! More
