We called with an issue with the brakes on our 2002 XC70 and had an appointment within 24 hrs. They quickly diagnosed the problem and our service advisor, Brian, sat down with us and fully explained the work that needed to be done. They ordered and installed the parts and delivered our vehicle the next day. Brian quoted us the price before the mechanics started the repairs and then charged us the same price when finished. Just great, accomodating service. We are very pleased with the courteous and professional service and will continue to have our car serviced at Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale. More

Great car buying experience! I absolutely dread car shopping so, though I knew I wanted a new car, I was dreading the process. Right from the start, the experience was different. I absolutely dread car shopping so, though I knew I wanted a new car, I was dreading the process. Right from the start, the experience was different. The offices/showroom was beautiful and clean. And we lucked out and got Ed Himes as our sales consultant. He was wonderful! He didn't hound - he didn't talk 90 miles an hour trying to sell us a car, he just walked up and said "would you like me to get the keys?" Then he said, "I have to ride with you but I'll sit in the back and be quiet." And he was! We got to talk and experience the car without being "sold" and when we had questions, he had answers! We felt Ed was in our corner and rooting for us to get the car we wanted at the best deal. I have already recommended him and its only been 24 hours! I also want to give a shout out the Jeremy Sarnataro. He worked hard to get us a car at a price we were comfortable with. We feel he went above and beyond to make us happy customers and help us get where we needed to be. Jeremy Ransom in Finance was great to work with, too. As everyone knows, by the time you get to finance, you are ready to be done! He was warm and friendly and worked to get us a better interest rate than we thought was possible.
