We called with an issue with the brakes on our 2002 XC70 and had an appointment within 24 hrs. They quickly diagnosed the problem and our service advisor, Brian, sat down with us and fully explained the work that needed to be done. They ordered and installed the parts and delivered our vehicle the next day. Brian quoted us the price before the mechanics started the repairs and then charged us the same price when finished.
